Hillsborough County Tax Collector Doug Belden is a part of a Tampa police battery investigation stemming from an incident at Jackson’s Bistro on Harbour Island last week, police said. Police would not say whether Belden is the target of the investigation, nor would they discuss details about the complaint. Discuss the case here.
