Knowing how to price your house right is only the starting point to the information you need. You also need an idea about marketing time in your community. We currently have about a 9 month inventory of homes available in Hillsborough county and about a 12 month supply in Pasco . . . Pinellas is even greater. The days of a sale in one week is not only done, but the reality is that regardless of price, you will have to actively market your house for quite a while. There are few buyers out there. They have lots of choices. They take longer to decide.

What a wonderful way to make Americans feel wealthy while American jobs are being globalized than to make foreign money available for false appraisels of homes. Has Anybody got a payraise to match this spike?? Doubt it.

Selling a house requires technical, market knowledge and marketing knowledge, not to mention hard work. The process begins with understanding the market, competition, pricing the house right, having the appropriate network of support professionals and above all understanding the process of such a complicated transaction.
Most For Sale By Owners are motivated to sell on their own because they want to save on the real estate commission and have a sketchy understanding of the complexity and risks to themselves in such an important transaction. It is estimated that 70% of the sellers who start on their own end up hiring a real estate professional after realizing how difficult selling and closing on a home can be.
