This ought to be interesting. School starts Monday in Hillsborough County with nobody quite sure how the bus schedule is going to work out. Tropical storm Fay is making her way toward Cuban and if you look at the computer models, could be blowing up the west coast of Florida by Tuesday.
I’m thinking Wednesday ought to be some kind of convergence of confusion and indecision. Let’s hope not.

Last year was my first year teaching elementary for the Hillsborough County School District. Two months into the year, I was accused of stating that “nobody was helping me.” Throughout the year, I was called a “con artist” mocked in front of my students, and threatened with “You’ll never get a job in the county again.” The Administrator of this title 1 school has made it impossible for other districts to hire me because of one unsat. My other two evaluations were geat as were my 3 years of subbing during graduate school. Do you or your wife, the teacher, have any advice? Thank you.
