Vice President Dick Cheney has been criticized for delaying the disclosure of shooting a hunting companion. He took full blame for the shooting but was unapologetic about not disclosing the accident. Did he have a responsibility to report the shooting? Tell us what you think.

Well, too bad that G. W. Bush and Jimmy Carter weren’t on that ill-fated trip. Let’s buy Cheny some more ammo for his next trip!

This was a private matter between VP Cheney, the victim and the local authorities-period!! Cry baby reporters like Gregory are the best example of why the liberals will lose their hats, rearends and apple carts in Nov. They are spoiled little children who need a spanking and be sent to their rooms for a decade!

If Americans aren’t upset about a man who manipulated intelligence to cause a war that has costs the lives of over 2000 soldiers and battle wounds to thousands more, then how can they possibly be upset about this jerk shooting one of his own friends? I’d like to send him a hit list and a few boxes of ammo.

All the news inventers (also known as reporters) in Washington are in a lather only because they were cut out of the loop on the Cheney news by the folks in Texas giving the story to a local reporter instead.
Then, to call the President’s Press Secretary a “jerk.” Come on, if I did that I’d be fired in a heartbeat.

No doubt in my mind that the Bolsheviks yelling the loudest
about Chaney’s unfortunate accident are
among Ted Kennedy’s bigest and most
loyal supporters.

With this simple act,I become part to the media.
Vice Pres.Cheney made a mistake..Big DeaL!
WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES!!
Yes,! the the choice not to inform anyone was prudent from the standpoint it will cause the media to stampede in a frenzy.
It isn’t OUR business until they make it so.
This is political “Witch Hunting at it’s worst.

Cheney is a public elected figure.
as such the spotlight is on him
what worries me more is that he does not suffer any consequences.
He did not have a stamp for quail hunting.A day later he send a $7 check.
By all rights he should not have been there. What about loosing his license or
having to go to hunting safety course.
No charges of any kind will be filed.
I wonder what if it was me !

This is the VICE PRESIDENT of the United States. He carelessly shot someone!! WE pay his salary and he is ANSWERABLE to us, DIRECTLY, not via the former president of some wild life associaton or other. If he lacks the courage and forthrightness to step forward himself, at least send out an appropriate press-weasel, whose salary WE also pay to speak for him!!
