TEMPLE TERRACE - A 19-year-old man was injured Monday when he was shot in the head at Summit West Apartments.
Ismael Angel Vazquez, of 11500 Summit West Blvd., Apt. 43-C, was shot at about 12:15 p.m. and taken to Tampa General Hospital. His condition is unknown.
Witnesses said Vazquez may have accidentally shot himself, but police are still investigating.
Police have recovered a .357-caliber Smith & Wesson.
