Pinellas County Sheriff’s detectives are looking for a suspect in a shooting incident at a Pinellas Park Motel.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Tamaa Taylor, 29, of St. Petersburg. Detectives are asking for public’s help in locating Taylor.
The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Sunny Moon Motel at 12600 US 19 North in Pinellas Park around 10 a.m. this morning.
The suspect shot 27-year-old Gerund Long multiple times with a handgun, according to detectives. Taylor fled the scene after the shooting, according to a press release.
Both men are from St. Petersburg.
Taylor faces attempted murder charges if arrested.
The investigation continues.
