LAKEWOOD RANCH – The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office hopes someone will recognize this picture of a suspected bank robber.
Deputies released the photograph today.
They said he robbed the SunTrust Bank located at 6135 Exchange Way at 2:40 p.m. on May 29th.
Witnesses say the suspect entered the bank and demanded money from a teller. He did not show or imply he had a gun, according to a press release.
Detectives believe the suspect may have left the area in an older model faded black 4-door Mercury Marquis driven by a white female in her 30’s with shoulder length brown hair, according to the sheriff’s office.
Anyone with further information on this case is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 941-747-3011, or Crime Stoppers at 866-634-TIPS.
