NEW PORT RICHEY - The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a stabbing that left a 51-year-old man dead.
According to a press release, someone used a kitchen knife to stab Paul Pullins at his house at 10031 Windel Street in the Moon Lake subdivision of New Port Richey. He was airlifted to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
A 56-year-old female who lives at the same address was also taken to the hospital with injuries to her wrist and hand.
Detectives are trying to determine whether the stabbing was in self-defense.
