HAINES CITY - Police are searching for a gunman who shot two sports bar patrons early Sunday, killing one.
Haines City police officers responded about 1:30 a.m. to the Mi Mexico Sports Bar, 519 Jones Ave., where a man fired several rounds from a handgun into the bar, hitting two other men, a statement said.
Fernando Tenjhay, 26, of 2338 Conner Road, died at the scene, the statement said. Antonio Bahena Toledo, 24, was taken to Lakeland Regional Medical Center, where he was treated and released.
