Whatever election problems are out there, none of them are enough to make a federal case.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Mosakowski, who is fielding election fraud and voting rights complaints, says he’s received only sporadic calls of relatively minor problems. For instance, someone who voted in Tampa complained about the electronic voting machine being fussy, but the person was able to fix any problems with how his vote was registered.
Mosakowski is leading the Middle District of Florida’s efforts in the Justice Department’s nationwide Election Day Program today.
Mosawoskis, who will be on duty until after the polls close, says anyone who sees any fraud or election rights abuses should call him. He can be reached at: 813-274-6129 and 813-274-6000.
