TAMPA - Deputies arrested a man early Wednesday morning on charges he exposed his genitals while blocking an intersection, then punched a car window, according to a police report.
About 11:50 p.m. Tuesday, James Ray Tidwell, 38, dropped his jogging shorts at the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and U.S. 301, according to Hillsborough County Sheriff deputies. He then waved his genitals and shouted expletives, according to the report.
When someone told Tidwell to move, he reacted by punching his right fist through the driver’s side window, which shattered the glass, according to the report.
He is charged with felony burglary of an occupied vehicle, misdemeanor criminal mischief and misdemeanor exposure of sexual organs.
Tidwell was being held Wednesday at Orient Road Jail. Bail was set at $8,250.
