TAMPA - A man who might have thought he was urinating on an unmarked police car promptly was arrested by officers nearby who were watching.
Marcelo Gonzalez, 23, was arrested early Thursday after an officer spotted him approach the car, unzip his pants and urinate on the door handles, according to an arrest affidavit.
Officers charged him with a nuisance injurious to public health and exposure of a sexual organ. Gonzalez, who listed his occupation on jail records as a cook at a Chili’s restaurant, was arrested at 2025 E. Fowler Ave. about 12:30 a.m. Thursday.
Both charges are misdemeanors. Gonzalez was in Orient Road Jail late Friday. His bail was set at $750.
I have urinated on a friends car before,and on an ex girlfriend. What’s the big deal?

Well, it’ll be a long time before I eat at the Chili’s on Fowler Avenue again.
I would advise anyone to stay away from the Chili’s on Fowler Ave. Anyone who would do that would sabotage food in a heartbeat.
LOL Chris, I never send my food back when I go out to eat. I wonder why this guy was doing this? Was it an Ex girl friend? He may have been doing it to his bosses car. What ever the case may be, he got busted!! 
A cook? Don’t take your food back or else he will urinate on that to.(This is why you should never send your food back in a resturant)

gee WIZZ!! what is wrong with todays youth? I will never eat at that chillis again. I do admit thats priceless… wizzing on a car handle. OK its on then.... whoever parks too close to me at the walmart and dings my door will get a handfull of my wizz....hahahahahahahaha
