TAMPA - A man is accused of approaching two women and then dropping his shorts at a HARTline bus stop Tuesday.
Timothy F. Weeks, 31, of Tampa, exposed his penis and masturbated in front of the women at South Ardson Place and West Texas Avenue about 7 a.m., according to an arrest affidavit.
Weeks, who police say has a tattoo on his right arm that says “Lord knows I cry,†ran from the scene.
Police caught him less than a mile away at South Alabama Avenue and West Stroud Avenue. The women later identified him to police, the affidavit states
He is charged with two misdemeanor counts of exposure of sexual organs. He was held at the Orient Road Jail with bail set at $1,000.

NEW YORK—New York remained the safest of the nation’s 10 largest cities in 2005, with about one crime reported for every 37 people, according to FBI statistics.
The annual report “shows that our innovative efforts to reduce crime and increase New Yorkers’ quality of life are working,” Mayor Michael Bloomberg said in a statement Monday after the agency released the figures.
The large city with the highest crime rate was Dallas, with about one crime reported for every 12 people. Los Angeles ranked eighth, with about one crime for every 26 people.

I can’t understand why in this day we can have a private developement for people whom choose to be free spirited and run around naked (clothing optional living)a place to live. However,the state has yet to develope a private community just short of being a prison for sick child molesters and or child pornographers and lets not forget rapists and just plain sick people that choose to continually expose them selves.There should be a place with no children within 100 miles of this community and should have all they need to live amongst people just like themselves.Maybe if we all join in and write to our governor to set aside a nice chunk of land for this project. I feel we spend tooooooooo much money paying for them to live in a jail cell and we support them.

Sad part is that after all his arrests, the courts never charged him as a felon. Drugs & exposure cannot get you felony charge, good example for the youths in the area. No wonder so many young thugs run around with guns or steal cars, no fear of the law, because the law just don’t work.

Why doesn’t that suprise me...oh yeah I forgot we live in the Bay Area, the only people who do any real time in jail or pay for their crimes are people that get DUI’s and animal abusers..I keep forgetting that PERVERTS and revolving door criminal are the only ones allowed to walk the street on our tax dollars. Besides the sheriff’s office is too busy investingating the actions of strip clubs on orders of the “Moral Police” Chief Rhonda doesn’t believe we have “real” criminals doing messed up things in our communities. She just wants to make sure her husband can’t visit the stip clubs she trying to close down.

The revolving door justice system in Hillsborough County lies directly on the shoulders of its citizens. Those citizens who are too lazy and too unconcerned to get out and vote and vote these revolving door judges right out of office. Elections are coming up. If you notice the name of a judge that keeps popping up get out there and vote him or her out of office.
