TAMPA – A 58-year-old Pinellas Park man has been charged with arson after police say he set fire to a car in a parking lot at Tampa International Airport.
Harry Joseph Boucher was arrested Thursday after admitted he set fire to the front seat of 1978 Chevrolet Malibu owned by Clarence Gross, according to a report on the incident.
A witness told police that Boucher was inside the vehicle looking for items when the fire started, the report states.
The vehicle was parked at the Southwest Air cargo parking lot.
Boucher, who listed his employment in jail records as a tutor, is being held without bond.
