TAMPA – An ice cream vendor is charged with exposing himself to a young girl after she approached him to buy a frozen treat.
Tampa police arrested Aballa Mohammad. They said he pulled down his pants when a 12-year-old girl approached his ice cream van on Eskimo Avenue in Tampa on Friday.
The girl memorized the van’s license plate and and told her grandmother, who called police.
Mohammad made bail and is out of jail.
