FORT LAUDERDALE- Authorities say a man was stabbed in the neck this morning in the horse workout area of a horse racing track and casino.
The victim was in stable condition at an area hospital after the approximately 8:30 a.m. attack. He is said to be in his 30s.
A spokesman for the Hallandale Beach police department says another man was taken into custody for questioning shortly after the attack at Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino in Hallandale Beach.
The spokesman says the men may work at the park because the casino does not open until 9 a-m, and races are not being held there until January 3rd.
