SEFFNER - A 60-year-old woman is charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after deputies said she chased two roommates with a hammer and struck one of them in the face with a package of turkey.
Jackie Baird, of 5401 Mobile Villa Drive, got into a dispute with two people with whom she lives as a family inside the home about 1:19 a.m. today, according to a criminal affidavit. Baird threw a package of turkey, which struck one person in the face, then chased both people with a hammer, the affidavit states.
No one was injured. The other people were not identified in the affidavit.
