HAINES CITY - A teenager shot in his front yard appears to be a case of mistaken identity.
According to police, the victim - who is under 18 years old - suffered a gunshot wound to the leg Friday night.
Investigators arrested 19-year-old Rafael Jaramillo and a 14-year-old boy. Jaramillo is charged with attempted second-degree murder, and being involved in a street gang.
