CLEARWATER A five-year-old girl was killed Friday afternoon after she was hit by a car at the Southern Comfort Mobile Home Park, 24479 U.S. 19 North.
The girl, Esmeralda M. Donu, was walking within the park at about 3 p.m. when she crossed the path of a 1989 Ford Aerostar van driven by 34-year-old Aucenio Quezada-Oriano.
Donu was knocked to the ground from the collision and was taken to Mease Countryside Hospital. She died at 4:45 p.m. from injuries sustained in the crash, records show.
No charges have been filed in the accident.
I see nothing wrong with living in trailer parks. Most of them are very nice communities and safer than living in the country alone. Neighbors watch out for each other. When you get to Heaven’s Gate, do you think St. Peter is going to ask if you lived in a trailer park? He will condem you for being a hypocrite and thinking you are better than other people. Also, at Christmas time, I bet you drive around all the trailer parks looking at their beautiful light displays. Judge not and ye shall not be judged!!!
MY HEART GOES OUT TO THE FAMILY OF THIS CHILD. WAS SHE BEING SUPERVISED? AS FOR CHRIS MY TRIPLE WIDE THAT SITS ON AN ACRE OF LAND IS MUCH PREFERRED THAN A COOKIE CUTTER HOUSE THAT SITS 10 FEET FROM MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE. IGNORANCE IS BLISS.
Surely those Dumb people you are referring to would rather be classified as stupid than as ignorant and arrogant.
Let’s face it,most smart people do not live in trailer parks.
Never! We will in fact have more trailer parks in the future due to the high cost of housing.
What was a 5-year old doing walking around a street by herself??? Where was the mother/father/guardian???
Chris....My goodness! You are just so ignorant it is unbelievable! You think the little girl was hit just because she was in a trailer park? This is a terrible thing and I feel for all parties involved.

where do you want these people to live? next door to you? accidents are not all inclusive to trailer parks. Your a fine example of the population who thinks your idea fixes everything and the whole thing has nothing to do with you.
More bad news coming out of another trailer park.When are they going to get rid of these places?
