SPRING HILL – The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office has released these surveillance pictures of the man deputies say robbed a CVS Pharmacy at 11115 Spring Hill Drive Wednesday night.
In a statement, deputies said this unidentified male entered the store armed with a knife just before 10:30 p.m., went straight back to the pharmacy, jumped over the counter, and demanded Oxycodone from the pharmacist. After receiving the drugs, the suspect ran out of the store heading in an east/northeast direction from the store.
Deputies describe the suspect as a white male, 20-25 years of age, 5’10” to 6’ tall, medium to thin build, and short dark hair. He had been wearing a ball cap, but it was recovered at the scene. Investigators say he possibly has a laceration on his head that he received as he fled from the store.
If anyone recognizes this subject, call Major Case Detective Boylan at 352-754-6830. If you wish to remain anonymous, call the Hernando County Crime Stoppers Hot line at 352-797-TIPS (8477) or you may email your tip to the sheriff’s office.
