Thank you Jane; It is exactly what I said in the 2nd post on here, Mr. Rosen commented that accidents happened because of all the people from up North, that they should all go back. I was wrong when I posted back and jumping the gun thinking the name Ira Rosen was jewish and NO I have nothing against jewish people but I did say that yes our roads are a shamble, but even on the bare roads of Arizonas deserts accidents happen. What I am trying to express is YES we all know the roads here suck. BUT if we ALL could be a little kinder to our fellow drivers, show a little curtiousy and patient maybe we could lower the accident rate, in other words allow people to exit a parking lot, we enjoy when someone shows us a little curtiousy so please pass it on, use turn signals, drive the speed limit, we all go nuts hearing about a pedestrian getting hit, when take a moment and let someone walk across the street, slow down a little it may save a life..and one day it may be your own life.

Jane, good comment. The word is accident. Actually the legal term in Florida is “crash.” That is why they changed the reports from accident reports to “crash reports.” An to Ira T Rosen you seem to have quite a chip on your shoulder to insult just about anyone. Can’t you just disagree without commenting on a person’s education without considering yourself superior?

Mr. Rosen:  Where did you get your GED? at Sears?  You don’t know how to spell either.... what is “a lot of frieds???????  ("Its good to know you have alot of frieds, please go back and get your G.E.D. so you know how to spell.” is what you wrote) have you NEVER had any kind of accident?

To Mr. Rosen, at what point in this article did it mention the guy was actually from the North? Who’s to say it was some native American drunk on “fire water” that shouldn’t have been off his horse in the first place? I too am from the North and I did move here and you know what? It’s a free country, I’ll move wherever I damn well want, and if you don’t like it, please feel free to move wherever you damn well want because it’s not likely to change just because you have a problem with it. Get over yourself.

It was an"accident" people! Where does all this “stay where “they “ belong” crap come from?
People have car accidents, not just in Florida! They also have them in the Northern parts of “these United States of America”
Shut up if you don’t have the ability to process intelligent thought!

Let me say the poll shows the majority rules in my favor. I guess your not aware I am Native American and Italian.I am not from a trailer park.I bet alot of nice people come from trailer parks but know of some frieds that did. It really doesn’t make a person any less if they had.I guess with you Rosen it’s a money thing like always.

everyone...get over it..it was an accident..they happen..in a metropolitan area with a population of 2-3 million (conservatively speaking)things like this will happen. it just so happens to be a police officer involved. im sure there were over a dozen other accidents this morning that didnt make the news.

Why is it when people have an opinion, other people resort to name calling if they do not like it. Ms Taylor are you certain he is Jewish? Shane reverting back to grade school by calling him a moron. If you disagree state the reason why you disagree and be civil about it. I am originally from up north and found humor in what he said, I mean what kind of people are you when you get so offended by his OPINION.

I am part seminole so my family has been here for centuries. Jewish??? My,my, my do we make assumptions on nothing we know about. Ms Taylor are you a Nazi??? How much traffic can ther be @ 5:30 in the morning?  You are off focus here...I pray that this officer and the driver of the truck are okay.  I am from Pinellas Park and now live in New Orleans...and yes, I must admit, the drivers in Florida are worse then the drivers I experience here.  To the officer and the truck driver...you are both in my prayers.

Maybe if Florida taught Floridians how to use a turn signal when they went for their drivers license there would be less accidents! I’m from Mass. and never witnessed worse drivers than in Florida....so maybe it’s not the people from the North!

I suppose Mr. Rosen believes that the founding fathers of the State of Florida were Jewish. Accidents happen, even out in the deserts of Arizon. Yes it’s true our roads are not equipt to handle the growth we have here, but when people cry about the lack of good jobs and lure large companies to the area what do you expect. Personally since we are comming up on the cold weather up north let’s just blame this accident on all the white-headed Q-tips that flock here every fall. (No offense to any snow birds or retirees) or maybe the other driver was just another New York Jew that flocked here in the 60’s when it was fashionable..remember that was before the hispanics pushed you out of Miami Beach.

I blame this on the people moving into this state. If they would just stay up north where they belong, we would have less traffic and thus less traffic accidents.
