Bring on the baklava!
At the St. Nicholas Community Center in Tarpon Springs, Gus Bilirakis supporters are gathering for what people here hope will be a victory party. The room is filled with people taking advantage of the bar and waiting for promised Greek music, food and dancing. The Billirakis family is steeped in Greek tradition. Congressman Michael Bilirakis is an early arrival. He is retiring after 24 years in Washington. Gus himself plans to arrive later in the night. Let the baklava flow!
