you know its about time when the law needs to get tuff with the law brakers and real tuff with repete affenders if he had been delt with the right way the first time jessica would be still alive but the more someone gets in trouble these days it just means more money for the courts so all they get is a slap on the rist and let go free its time we start to get this world back or the law dont mean nothing there are law men and women putting there life on the line everyday for the lawers and judges just to slap them and there hard work in there faces wake up people john coueys not nuts hes guilty and should be delt with the same way as jessica was buryied alive and anybody that dont beleave that he should be delt with that way is probley just as gulty for something too we as people need to make a statement right now its time that crimes on children STOP NOW before any more die…

Thanks to Mark Lundsford and his refusing to give in or give up, we can be sure this cockroach will die. Even if Couey gets life, he’s a dead man. The prisons are full of ordinary people who would not even think of killing this vermin. Too bad we can’t bury him alive.

I agree with Marie Robinson 100 %. But I will add this. You can bet that is Jessica was a child of a LAWYER, JUDGE, POLICE OFFICER OR GOVERNER, OR THE SO CALLED PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, THERE WOULD NOT BE A TRIAL HE WOULD HAVE BEEN HUNG ON THE SPOT . So just because she belonged to an ordinary working man she, her family, and the rest of FLORIDA have to pay for that SICK BAST@&$ to go to trial. Hasn’t Jessica and her family suffered enough. I will be honest I have no children myself, but I have 7neices and nephews and I know that I would take the LAW into my on hands if something happen to them.

This just boggles my mind that this case is still pending even going to court, that they are trying to ban the media from this, and that they are saying that this murderer’s rights were violated. Have we forgotten about Jessica’s rights? She had none when this guy did these horrendous things to this child. I am so tired of hearing about these molesters/murders rights. As far as I’m concerned, they have none. We as a nation have gotten to complacent and too “politically correct”. We are loosing sight of what is right and what is wrong.
When he was caught and he confessed right then and there, that should have been the end of it and he should have been sentenced then. Talk about a waste of taxpayer money and time..........
this has gotten way out of control!
