Why We Live in the Sunshine State!

I am a recent resident of this beautiful state, but I am already in love with it.  It’s easy to look around the rest of the country and gloat in our beautiful weather.  Let me take you about a thousand miles north...near Duluth, Minnesota!

While we sit at the beach in 80-degree weather...our friends to the north are bundled up in winter attire.  Here’s a look at their forecast for today. Snow likely, mixing with rain after 1pm. Cloudy, with a high near 36. Breezy, with a west wind between 15 and 25 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.  Tonight, a slight chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 27. Breezy, with a west wind between 15 and 25 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Now, don’t you feel better about the extra humidity in the Bay Area this weekend??!!  I know I do!  grin
