Candidates for mayor and for citywide City Council Districts 1, 2 and 3 have been invited to a luncheon forum hosted by the Tiger Bay Club of Tampa on Feb. 23 at Maestro’s at the Performing Arts Center. Registration is at 11:30 a.m. and lunch at noon. Members $25; guests $30.
