HART is urging folks going to the fireworks at Channelside this July 4th to take a trolley or streetcar.
Folks can park in downtown garages and take the Green Line trolley to Channelside. The trolley, which will stop about two blocks shy of the entertainment area, costs a quarter each way.
Or park in Ybor City and take the TECO streetcar. The streetcar is $2 each way or $4 for an all-day pass.
Live music and entertainment starts is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. Fireworks start at 9 p.m.
