Schiavo Does Anti-Amendment 2 Ad
Mike Schiavo, husband of the late Terri Schiavo, has done a television ad for the opponents of the anti-gay marriage Amendment 2 on the Florida ballot, saying the same interest groups that intervened to try to continue his wife’s life support against his will “are once again trying to tell others how to live.”

The ad refers to the Florida Family Policy Council, which Amendment 2 opponents call “a radical rightwing organization that also inserted itself into the Schiavo family’s well-publicized ordeal.”
