Ryan at The Villages Saturday

Mitt Romney’s running mate Paul Ryan will speak at The Villages retirement community Saturday before heading to Tampa for a fundraiser, a campaign spokesman confirmed.
The Romney campaign has promised Ryan will discuss the Medicare issue during his first visit to Florida since being chosen for the ticket by Romney, and he’s picked a fitting venue—an elderly community but one that’s predominantly Republican.
Ryan will appear with Lee Greenwood and the Garrett Miles Band. The event opens at 8 a.m. and Ryan will speak at 10 a.m., according to an announcement from a local conservative group.
