Rumor Quelled
There was a flutter of excitement late this afternoon when a rumor surfaced about a polling place that had potentially been closed all day.
That rumor was quickly quelled by Eddie Mora of the Cuban Civic Club, otherwise known as Precinct 431. The polling place, located on Memorial Highway, was open all day.
