The carbon copy weather should continue through the week and even linger into the weekend. And who can complain about days in the low 80s, low humidity and nights cool enough to leave the windows open?
And the weather service folks haven’t exactly shown any inclination to put much variety in the forecasts as high pressure locks in this weather pattern.
That may change slightly by Monday as a cold front comes our way—cold being a relative term this time of year.
If the forecast holds, there will be the first chance of rain we’ve had for a week or so on Monday, and it could drop temperatures into the upper end of the 70s. That’s not a huge drop, but with summer looming, temperatures in the 70s will be the lows at night.
