Politics And Romance In Denver
Maybe they’ll call it a marriage made in politics.
Leon County Democratic Party Chairman Rick Minor, while speaking to the Florida delegation at the Denver convention, just proposed to his sweetie, Jessica Lowe, and got accepted, to a round of applause from the hundreds of delegates in the hotel ballroom
Minor met Lowe during the Edwards campaign in 2004 when he was a field staffer and she came in to volunteer.
She’s a lobbyist for NOW and the Service Employees International Union.
