Barack Obama will hold a town hall-style campaign event to discuss economic security at Gibbs High School in St. Petersburg Friday.
Doors will open for the event at 8:30 a.m. The event will be open to the public, but with limited seating, and tickets will be required.
According to a campaign announcement, a limited number of tickets will be free and available on a first-come, first-served basis from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the Obama field office at 2321 Central Ave. in St. Petersburg. Adults will be allowed up to two tickets each and children under 16 one.
I listened live to OBAMA speaking in FL. He is an amazing man and an amazing leader. He lays it out, he explains himself. He is fair and honest and a total BREATH OF FRESH FRESH AIR!! I thank you BARACK OBAMA. I have given him another small donation as its all I can afford. YES WE CAN!
How much are the Tickets to see Obama? Ian
Dear Barack Obama, I apologize for this rant, and I apologize for the brain dead people in Florida. Some of us are not racist, uneducated, vindictive, selfish mouth breathers. Some of us want change, and some of us do care about the future of our economy and our country. We support Barack Obama. We will be voting. I understand that it can be hard to hear all of the garbage that is being spread around about you, but you know it’s not true, and we know it’s not true. Even the people who are spreading it know it’s not true. They are just mean. We can’t wait to hear what you have to say and we are so ready for change! You are doing a great job!

I think it is disgusting that anyone who doesn’t support Obama is now labeled a racist. I am a college graduate, wife and a working mom. I am proud to say I am neither racist, vindictive nor a selfish mouth breather. I am also NOT voting for Obama. It is so sad to see all the progress America has made in terms of equal rights and some people want to throw that card when they have no other successful arguments to make. You must be a scholar Jonathan. Everyone who suffered through real racism and prejudice should be appalled at the misuse of the term.
