U.S. Congressional candidate Kathy Castor jokes around with Charlie Miranda, left, who was campaigning for Rose Ferlita and Jim Davis, and Danny Ortero, who was campaining for Castor, outside precinct 219, St. John Presbyterian Church. Many polling locations saw very low turnouts, leaving campaigners and candidates with no one to talk to except themselves.

This picture makes me question all the Trib’s political endorsements. Do the editors have
“family†access to Kathy Castor? No voter could know her position on issues. She didn’t
show up at ANY candidate forum, but she sent interns to post yard signs.
Eddie Adams Jr is better qualified to be our next US Congressman. He has over 25 years
of healthcare experience and is a small business owner, architect.
I’m helping Eddie Adams Jr run for Congress, because I’m tired of electing career
politicians that feel they “deserve” the next higher office. No one deserves to be elected.
It’s too bad the Trib endorsed the only candidate that never spoke to the voters, except for
$750,000 in TV ads and an endorsement in the Trib.
