Fewer Officers Shot And Killed This year

Far fewer police officers have been shot and killed in the United States this year than this time a year ago, according to USA Today.
Fatal police shootings dropped to 11, compared with 23 through April 21 last year.
Police deaths overall have dropped 39 percent.
