A team of astronomers have released a 50-light-year-wide panorama of the central region of the Carina Nebula to celebrate the 17th anniversary of the Hubble Space Telescope’s deployment.
This image was assembled from 48 frames taken with Hubble Space Telescope’s Advanced Camera for Surveys.
