A former U.S. Border Patrol officer was sentenced to six months behind bars and four months’ home detention, according to the Department of Justice.
In November, Tony “Hollywood” Henderson pleaded guilty to distributing 3 pounds if marijuana, and testimony at the sentencing hearing revealed he sold about 6 more pounds of it in the parking lot of a Palatka restaurant.
Henderson distributed the drug while in uniform and in his Border Patrol vehicle, the Justice Department release states.
