7:15 a.m., Precinct 562 at University Area Community Park in Tampa.
I was the first one in to vote. The precinct worker had a little trouble initializing the voter card. She went through about three of them before she cleared a usable card. I voted and was out by 7:23 a.m. with no sign of any other voters. For that matter, there were hardly any campaigners.
