Seven early voting sites will open March 19 for the March 27 runoff election for two city council seats.
The sites will be open through Saturday, March 24. The early voting sites are:
- College Hill Library, 2607 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
- County Center, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., 26 Flr.
- Jan Kaminis Platt Regional Library, 3910 S. Manhattan Ave.
- New Tampa Regional Library, 10001 Cross Creek Blvd.
- North Tampa Branch Library, 8916 North Blvd.
- Robert L. Gilder Elections Service Center, 2514 N. Falkenburg Road.
- West Tampa Branch Library, 2312 W. Union St.
The libraries are open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The elections offices are open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registered voters in Tampa can cast a ballot at any of the seven polling sites.
In the citywide District 1 race, incumbent City Council member Gwen Miller faces challenger Joe Redner. In the north Tampa District 7 race, Joseph Caetano faces Frank Margarella.
