U.S. Rep. Gus Bilirakis is stirring the crowd with the chant “drill baby drill, drill baby drill.”
Bilirakis was talking about Alaska’s North Slope, not the Gulf of Mexico off Florida’s west coast.
He told the crowd “accountability will be coming to Washington, D.C., with McCain-Palin.”
Gov. Charlie Crist, who was once touted for the vice presidential slot given to Sarah Palin, is waiting his turn to speak.
