Lewis Brinson, assistant superintendent for administration, was at the transportation center early this morning and said there was no increase in the number of bus drivers absent today. Traffic was light, so drivers are able to make two or three runs more quickly than usual. The number of buses for magnet schools was less than 50 percent, but no major problems were reported.
