Scott meets with Romney

One item on Mitt Romney’s schedule for Wednesday, after a swing through Florida that took took him to The Villages Tuesday—he’ll meet with Gov. Rick Scott Wednesday at the Capitol.

After getting a nice reception at The Villages Tuesday, Romney was heading to Tallahassee Wednesday morning, where he planned a meeting with Tallahassee businesspeople, and likely some endorsement announcements, at lunchtime, and then a meeting with Scott, listed on the governor’s schedule as 2:15-2:30 p.m.

Waiting for a response from the governor’s office on whether there’s a particular subject for the meeting, or whether Scott plans similar meetings with other presidential candidates.
