Incoming Gov. Rick Scott takes the top spot on Slate’s list of “Ten Conservatives Who Will Define 2011.” The premise of the list is that the political figures who dominated the news this year (Sarah Palin, Christine O’Donnell) aren’t the ones actually taking oaths of office in the coming week. Check the list to familiarize yourself with some of the new faces in American politics.
