Nelson raises $1.4m in Q4, has $8.5m in the bank

U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson just announced that he raised $1.4 million in the final three months of 2011, giving him a total of $8.5 million in cash in his campaign account.

Although not all of Nelson’s Republican rivals have announced their results for the fourth quarter yet, it’s a safe bet Nelson is far ahead of all of them—which is to be expected for Nelson as a sitting U.S. senator.

Among the Republicans, Rep. Connie Mack IV announced today he raised $758,000 in the fourth quarter, which was the opening quarter of his campaign, giving him a total of $917,000 in cash when combined with money he had previously raised as a House member running for re-election.

Adam Hasner and George LeMieux haven’t released results yet, but prior to the fourth quarter, Hasner had $785,000 and LeMieux $1 million in the bank.

Let us hope that voters are finally bright enough to see that Nelson is an out and out liberal. He will spend everyone into the poor house.
It is time for hope and change—get rid of Nelson and Obama to keep America from becoming a totally Marxist nation where everyone is equally worse off!
