Have you had luck negotiating anything latetly. I’m not talking about a car deal or a piece of jewelry but something out of the ordinary. If so, let me know.

I OWN SANDPIPER POOLS IN BRADENTON. MY NEW VERIZON BILL CAME YESTERDAY WITH A NEW MISC CHARGE FOR 111.26. IT’S LISTED AS LOCAL SEARCH MARKETING MONTHLY FEE???
Suggest removalIT STATES THAT IF I REFUSE TO PAY THAT FEE VERIZON WILL NOT SHUT MY PHONE OFF BUT THAT PROVIDER CAN PERSUE COLLECTIONS INDEPENDENTLY. I CALLED THE # LISTED AND OF COURSE GOT A RECORDING. MY EXPERIENCE TELLS ME IF I GET A REAL PERSON, THEY READ ME THE PATRIOT ACT AND TELL ME HOW IT’S OUT OF THIER CONTROL. PLEASE CHECK THIS OUT, I’M SURE I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT GOT THIS 130% INCREASE IN MY MONTHLY CHARGE.
THANK YOU

Another Verizon Rip Off:
My wife and I recently changed our wireless carrier to Verizon. We ordered the least expensive plan, free phones and asked for the free activation advertised online. We were initially told that they could only offer free activation on one phone but actually called back to tell us that they had received approval to waive the activation fee on both.
The bill came showing activation charges on both phones. I called the sales person (Bill Diaz, 1-800-482-0890 ext. 2438) He has not returned our calls again nor answered our emails. Customer service, will only refer me back to Mr Diaz.
I am forced to pay the $60 extra dollars. Verizon could not care less about the hardships they cause.

I have been fighting with Verizon to get a $422.00 credit that they charged to my account by mistake for 5 months now. It took them 3 months for them to stop charging me someone’s elses bill. They added his “one” bill to my “one” bill account. But they still have not given me the credit for the $422.00 that is theother person bill. I don’t know what else to do…........
