Inevitability Watch

Last night, Barack Obama started his victory speech while Hillary Clinton was still talking. (I won’t say she was conceding the Wisconsin primary, because it wasn’t really a concession speech.) CNN wavered at first, showing a double screen, but pretty soon, as the Obama supporters’ welcoming cheers died down, they had to decide which one to show. And they picked Obama.
Has Obama crossed the threshold to inevitability? NBC’s Chuck Todd takes a stab at an answer.
