U.S. Senate candidate Adam Hasner has signed a pledge to back a constitutional amendment for term limits of three terms, or 6 years, for U.S. House members and two terms, or 12 years, for senators.

Hasner has also said regardless of the fate of the amendment, he’ll serve only two terms if elected.

“More importantly, I will represent the state of Florida with the mindset that I am only serving one term,” he said in a news release.
