Presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani appears to be living up to his promise to make Florida an important part of his campaign—he’ll make a second appearance in St. Petersburn Sept. 7 at a fundraising dinner for the Pinellas County Republican Party.
Giuliani was in Winter Park just yesterday to open his Florida headquarters, accompanied by his Florida chairman, Attorney General Bill McCollum, and campaign manager Michael DuHaime.
He’ll appear at the Pinellas County GOP’s Reagan Day fundraising dinner at the Vinoy Hotel Sept. 7.
Giuliani’s last Tampa Bay appearance was in St. Petersburg April 4. Since then, he’s added some big names to his Tampa organizatiion—endorsements from former Gov. Bob Martinez and a new Hillsborough chairman, County Commissioner Rose Ferlita.
