A weak cold front plowed through the area Saturday and brought some surprisingly cool temperatures to parts of the bay. Saturday’s lows fell into the 50s in Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco Counties. Tampa even dropped to 59 degrees! A nice refreshing change to the low 70s we recorded just a day earlier. Enjoy this atmosphere while it lasts because the front we dealt with Saturday will be moving into the area as a warm front Monday into Tuesday. Humidity, temperatures and rain chances will all be on the rise through mid-week. Another front is forecast to pass through the area on Thursday into Friday. At this point a few showers are possible for Halloween but most of the heavy stuff should be out of here by late Friday night.
