A group of local leaders and politicians has formed a committee to lessen the gap between those in Pasco who have
adequate health care and an estimated 100,000 who do not.
The committee is floating several options, including a quarter-cent or half-cent sales tax increase, which
could generate millions of dollars but would require a legislative act, county commission support and ultimately, voter
approval.
What do you think? Would you agree to such a tax?
