Whole Foods Carrollwood to give away healthy lunches, more at school bash

Come for the free food and fun, leave with a healthy first day of school lunch already packed.

Whole Foods Market Carrollwood will be hosting a free Back-To-School Bash on Sunday, Aug. 18 from 1 - 3 p.m. featuring kid-friendly fun, storewide sampling and back-to-school deals. The mobile garden - Truck Farm Tampa - and MOSI will also be there. The first 100 families will receive a free school fun pack.

At 4 p.m., 300 free healthy back-to-school lunches will be given away, one per child while supplies last. 

The pre-packed lunches include: cubed turkey with baby carrots, fruit, Pretzel Crisps, KIND Bar, Gogo Squeez applesauce pouch and organic juice box.

Whole Foods Market Carrollwood is located at 3802 Northdale Blvd., Tampa.
